To order your paella or fideuá online, click on ONLINE ORDERS, once inside the online order section, select the way you want to receive your order (SHIPMENT or PICK UP IN PERSON). If you choose SHIPPING, you will have to include the shipping address, then it will ask you for the day and time, our online order hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the daily delivery schedule is from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. . It is not necessary to start a section, but we do recommend that you sign up so that you are up to date with our offers and discounts. Then choose what you want us to send you home, if you need to make a comment about any product of the order, in each article you can write us what you need, remember that the minimum order is for two people. Once you have chosen the preferred products, click checkout. You have to accept the purchase policy and privacy policy box. Once we have your order we will start it, if for some reason we cannot serve your order at the requested time we will inform you. The payment of the order is made to the dealer, payment methods accepted cash and card.

Sales and shipping policy

All shipments are subject to availability of the products in the establishment of choice, if there is a break in supply by Paellas at home, the establishment will contact the customer to report the situation. The shipping time is an estimate and may be less or greater, depending on the circumstance that may occur, such as for meteorological reasons, the address is not found, traffic, or any other circumstance outside the company. At the confirmation of the order, you accept the conditions of sale and shipping as the form of payment. If the user wishes to change the date and time of delivery, they must notify the establishment at least one hour in advance, before the order goes out for delivery, otherwise we cannot guarantee the change.

Right of withdrawal
